The Jacksonville Lung Transplant Support Group provides education, assistance and hope to pre- and post-transplant lung patients and their caregivers with the goal of providing a better quality of life.
Support Group Meetings
We host weekly Zoom meetings each Tuesday at 1:00pm, Eastern Time. All lung transplant patients, VAD patients, and their caregivers are invited to attend.*

Participation in the Zoom meetings are by invitation only. Invitations are sent through the Mayo Patient Portal. Registration is required prior to each meeting. Please contact Bea Flores through the patient portal for more information and to receive an invitation.

Our Facebook group is open to anyone who is a lung pre- or post-transplant patient or their caregiver at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville.
