Outpatient Dialysis Support Group
The Outpatient Dialysis Support Group is available to patients at the Mayo Clinic Outpatient Dialysis Center on the campus of Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. It is designed to support and answer questions specific to dialysis and kidney pre-transplant patients. The group is open to dialysis patients and their caregivers.

To participate in the monthly meetings, contact Mayo's dialysis social worker Jennifer Graham at graham.jennifer@mayo.edu. Participation in the Zoom meetings are by invitation only. Invitations are sent through the Mayo Patient Portal. Registration is required prior to each meeting.
