Kidney Education and Support Group
The Kidney Education and Support Group was formed out of the Second Chance Support Group to fill the specific needs of kidney transplant patients. The group is open to all kidney pre- and post-transplant patients and their caregivers.

4th Wednesday of each month, 2:00-3:00pm, Eastern Time
Participation in the Zoom meetings are by invitation only. Invitations are sent through the Mayo Patient Portal. Registration is required prior to each meeting. Please contact your social worker at (904) 956-3292 for more information and to receive an invitation.
