Heart Transplant/VAD Support Group

We serve both pre- and post-heart transplant/VAD patients.  We encourage patients, caregivers and family members to participate in our online meetings.   

We host weekly Zoom meetings each Tuesday at 1:00pm, Eastern Time.  All heart transplant patients, VAD patients, and their caregivers are invited to attend.*

Participation in the Zoom meetings are by invitation only.  Invitations are sent through the Mayo Patient Portal.  Registration is required prior to each meeting.  Please contact Jennifer Kittinger for more information and to receive an invitation.
